 Interlock Clamp

A bolted interlocking clamp is the most secure way to install universal coupling or ground joint-type hose couplings. The top of the interlock clamp has fingers that interlock with a ring on the hose coupling. The interlock hose ‍clamp features 2, 4, or 6 bolts depending on the hose diameter. The inside of the interlock clamp shells have serrations that press into the cover of the hose for increased grip. The hose can change in diameter over long term pressurization. The bolted clamp allows for adjustment. Torque should be checked on these clamps to ensure that the coupling stays tight.

Bolted interlocking hose clamps, or Boss Clamps, are the most secure method for installing matched interlocking couplings such as ground joint type and universal type.
